Available File Formats

You may download this product in any (or all) of the following formats after purchasing a license. Please note, you have up to 72 hours to download your media after completing your order.

PNG

This file format provides the highest quality possible by utilizing lossless compression. The file sizes are relatively small, although much larger than JPG. The PNG format also supports full image transparency.

The PNG format is ideal for use in documents, presentations and on the web. When using larger rectangular images on the web that do not have transparency, consider using JPG instead of PNG for it's smaller file size.

PNG stands for Portable Network Graphics

JPEG

This file format provides very good quality with extremely small file sizes. It is the defacto standard for saving digital photographs. JPEG uses lossy compression which introduces artifacts (a kind of noise) to the images in order to achieve such small file size. When saving a JPEG, the quality can be adjusted as to balance the tradeoff of visual quality vs file size. Our JPEGs are compressed at very high quality settings. This format does not support image transparency.

The JPEG format is ideal for larger rectangular images used on the web since they are smaller in size than PNG and thus will download faster. It is also a good format for when disk space is at a premium or you want to be 100% sure of compatibility with your application. Do not use this format when you need transparency (an alpha channel).

JPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group

Other Information

Available for various countries of the world, this would make a great background or banner for international corporations looking to create web or print pieces.

The use of governmental, municipal, state, provincial or military flags, seals, coats of arms, and insignia is restricted in some countries. At 3DFlags.com, we strive to keep our flags up to date and as accurate as possible in our ever growing gallery. As our world changes, so do flags that represent us all. Sometimes a flag may change drastically, and other times the change can be very slight. Additionally, the official design and even the exact colors of a particular flag may be somewhat vague or subject to artistic interpretation. This is especially true for crests and more complex flags. As such, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of any flags available on our site. We work hard to provide accurate flags, and ask that if you happen to find a error with any flag on our site, please contact us, and we will try our best to correct it.
